The starter solenoid is clicking but the engine is not turning over. This is almost certainly a short or break in the electrical wiring.
Stupid questions: Is the bike in neutral with the clutch pulled in? Did you check the cut-out switch on the sidestand? Have you checked the fuses? Did you check the "engine kill" button?
Before you start pulling the starter apart, check over the simple stuff first - it's far more likely you have a loose electrical connection somewheres than a bad starter.
